classes at Northville Yoga Center are
walk-in, unless designated. Please be sure at time of arrival to advise
us of any physical limitations, injuries, etc., which may otherwise
impact your asana practice.
Please
arrive approximately ten minutes prior to class so that class may
begin promptly.
It is recommended that a student refrain from eating heavy meals
two hours prior to practice. Please wear loose-fitting, comfortable
clothing.
Yoga mats are available to rent for $2.
For
hygienic reasons, we encourage use of one’s own mat. |
