Level Descriptions
Level 1 - designed
for those who may be new to yoga or for those students who would
like to master the fundamentals and principles of forward folds,
backbends, and twists. Appropriate for all skill levels.
Level 2 - designed for those
students who have practiced yoga and who may wish to further the
fundamentals.
Level 3 - a vigorous class which
builds heat and stamina through sun salutations and standing poses.
Creative and stimulating, these classes include the Vinyasa form
and more challenging postures such as inversions and lotus poses.
Prior yoga experience recommended.
Classes are subject to substitution
If Northville Schools are canceled due to inclement weather, Northville Yoga Center's classes will also be canceled that same morning
It is recommended that a student refrain from eating heavy meals
two hours prior to practice.
Please wear loose-fitting, comfortable
clothing.
Please refrain from wearing perfumes and/or scents,
including lotions.
Please be sure at time of registration to advise
us of any physical limitations, injuries, etc., which may otherwise
impact your practice.
Please arrive approximately ten minutes prior
to class so that class may begin promptly.
Yoga mats are available for use,
though bringing your own is encouraged. |
